This chocolate cheesecake is everything you’ll want it to be: It is rich, dense, and has a lot of chocolate. It is super simple to put together and doesn’t require any special ingredients nor a fussy bake – bath.
Pranav Kelkar (PK) is a student in the fashion field. He is a part – time classical singer at concerts as well. It was during a conversation, when he revealed baking is his passion. It was shocking to see PK as a student at the School of European Pastry, which is known to be one of the best decisions of his life.
The Order – Chocolate Cheese Cake & Chocolate Chip Cookies
The Chocolate Chip Cookies, it’s never too late to fall in love with them. The cookies had a mixture of crunch and bake (cookie and biscuit), and had chocolate chips in them. The moment the cookie went into my mouth for a break, the crunch had me enjoying every bite.
These cookies, truly, they are a blessing. Getting them was like an award for me. I adored the packing. It was a red – reek – ribbon with a plastic pack that was white in color. The pack had written wishes for the future that’s 2019 – Live & Love!
The Chocolate Cheesecake, it was designed to be super – rich. It’s weight was around three kilos and was made using Felchlin Chocolate.
The Chocolate Cheesecake had a biscuit – butter base. Between the lines, little crosses of chocolate as decoration. The cream cheese was soft and did melt in the mouth well. It had little pieces of chocolate in and out of the cake.
Experiment with Food
This was a test between two chocolate cheesecakes. That’s PK’s VS Restaurant’s. Still, knowing we like to eat them, there are some points that should be looked into.
Restaurant’s, the chocolate cheese cake did not do the trick. Nor did it bring a smile.
Pk’s Chocolate Cheesecake, it dried from the outside on the third day. However, the sweetness increased. Followed by the inner freshness of the biscuit area. But the cream of cake proved fresh for 6 days. Thus, this is something I’d buy.
